The following is a guest post from writer & graphic designer Maria Gotay. Maria quit her job and is backpacking across Southeast Asia, documenting the journey for DJO.
Before the Holiday, I introduced myself as DJO’s newest traveling contributor, and I’m getting extremely excited for my four-month jaunt through South East Asia, including stops in (but not limited to): Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Indonesia.
Over the course of the past few months, I’ve done a lot of research on what I should—and shouldn’t—bring with me.
My style is both practical and fashionable. I’m an outdoorsy adventure-chaser who still likes to dress well, and my packing list reflects that. I’ve unpacked and repacked several times and ended up in a happy place.
My 60L Travel Pack weighs 22 lbs and I feel comfortable and confident about lugging it with me all over the world!
Proof that the bag is light and comfy, above.
Here I’ve broken my belongings into 10 categories: Bags, Travel Gear, Tech Gear, Clothes, Footwear, Health, Feminine Products, Toiletries, Beauty, and ETC. Without further adieu…
